Scheduled Maintenance:  November maintenance is scheduled for November 8-10 for the Automated Tape Library move and November 22-23 for other activities. A detailed notice regarding November maintenance will be posted to the Service Desk webpage at http://mine.mt.gov/it/servicedesk/default.mcpx (state employees only) one week in advance. For questions, contact Randy Holm.

Webinar Findings by Department of Transportation: The Information Services Division (ISD) of the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is in the process of evaluating webinar solutions so as to add this technology to its extensive list of services offered to the department. This report will outline four of these specific vendors and make a recommendation as to which service best meets the requirements of MDT and ISD.
