This webpage is the distribution point for all enterprise information systems policy instruments that have been developed, approved and implemented under the policy and standard provisions of §2-17-534, MCA. This includes policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, white papers and miscellaneous documents, and are also referred to (collectively or singularly) as "[policy] instruments." White papers are provided here for informational purposes only, and do not constitute requirements of any individual or organization. Guidelines provide guidance and are not mandatory.

Instruments listed herein are (1) approved and (2) in effect based on their individual effective date (also specified within each instrument); and are in the Implementation or Maintenance Phase of the Publication Life Cycle.
Changes to these instruments can be requested via submission of a completed Action Request Form. (The Action Request form is available in the "Forms" part of this web page, above.)
Affected organizations may request exceptions to the requirements of these instruments via submission of a completed Exception Request Form. (The Exception Request form is available in the "Forms" part of this web page, above.)
